Go-to-market strategy for art objects
Patrick Roger, the French chocolatier and sculptor, asked us to build a strategy for bringing his contemporary art into the Russian market through an existing chocolate boutique in Moscow.
We built a concept that merged chocolate and art into one positioning. Patrick Roger chocolate is not just a product — it is a fragile, ephemeral artwork.
After market analysis we expanded the audience beyond luxury chocolate buyers to expats, collectors, lovers of elite products, and art audiences.
To earn attention we leaned on visuals and emotional storytelling. Social needed a complex look that felt like a continuation of Patrick Roger’s art.
To reach a new audience we proposed integrating the brand into outside projects:
- Present Patrick Roger at art auctions in Moscow, Moscow Fashion Week, and elite beauty salons.
- Run lectures in contemporary art galleries where the brand could meet culture audiences.
We also built a media strategy of targeted ads and native integrations with artist bloggers, art critics, and interior designers working with luxury audiences.
Brand and marketing strategy for a kids e-commerce store
Kids and teen clothing store Rannie Ptahi asked for a brand platform and a marketing strategy to attract audience and grow sales through creative campaigns.
The client wanted an educational layer in shopping, developing kids’ creative and entrepreneurial skills.
After qualitative and quantitative research we defined the Rannie Ptahi mission: help parents teach kids to choose clothes mindfully while building in-demand skills.
We designed ongoing activities to pull kids into shopping and making:
Blogger school — giveaways of flat-lay workshops; kids as stylists, models and photographers for Instagram and the site.
Be your own designer — young shoppers designed stickers for store packaging.
A loyalty program where kids earned points for photo and video content, redeemable in the store.
Results: 1,944 purchases via SMM at 27.8% conversion and 1,538 purchases via performance ads at 1.9% conversion.
Creative involvement and educational activities became the distinctive trait of Rannie Ptahi and set the brand apart in kids fashion.

The client asked for an audit and improvement of search ads. Campaigns were inefficient: mixed branded, generic and product queries, low bids, broken URLs, conflicts.
What we did:
- Split campaigns into product lines, branded and generic queries.
- Raised bids for keywords with low visibility.
- Fixed broken URLs and removed duplicate keywords.
- Excluded placements in mobile apps and on TVs.
- Added responsive display ads and observation audiences.
- Set bid adjustments by device, time of day and day of week.
As a result the client got 27% lower cost per lead and more impressions after fixing campaign errors, which grew branded search.

Naming
The brief was to create a name that holds both a mystical and artistic meaning, and a rereading of historical forms found in archaeological digs.
We started from the shamanic idea of a “nest of souls”, a cradle where new shamans’ souls mature. The name also stands for a time when ancient spirits were young, and the place they were born.
Three focus groups from the brand audience (creative people and professional artists; fans of informal, boho and esoteric aesthetics; people into historical reconstruction, history and myth).
To stand apart from esoteric brands we also wrote a short slogan, “Jewelry and ceramic art for creative people”, speaking to a wide creative audience.
Logo
The logo is built on Scythian animal-style images of two key mythic figures of preliterate cultures: the Doe — life — and the Predator (snow leopard) — struggle.
The circle they sit in is a shaman’s drum, also a “nest where the soul matures”.
So the logo combines historical quotes in the brand’s work with the mythic meanings many of the objects appeal to.
Later the logo also became a piece in the first jewelry collection (pendant, ring and earrings).
300% sales growth through the SMM channel and 2× average order value.
We built an SMM strategy around the brand philosophy “True denim for true people”. The True people special project gathered people from many professions — from Olympic champions to circus artists — each sharing what it means to be real and taking part in a brand image shoot. Interviews ran on our heroes’ channels and on the brand’s socials, which delivered 36 million viral reach.
Instagram ran regular activations: every participant got 10% off the webshop, plus entertainment stories with product content and shop links. Activations were backed by paid social, which delivered follower growth from 2.5k to 30k.
The strategy built deep emotional ties with the audience and new brand ambassadors, which drove loyalty and sales.

Picture a US clinic whose Instagram looks like a glossy magazine about healthy smiles — and converts at 17%.
We built a content strategy for the clinic focused on immigrants from Europe, Mexico and the CIS. Audience research meant changing the visual code while keeping the brightness of American visuals. The dental profile became a wellness magazine — aesthetics without shock “before/after” content, and none of the medical-report look.
The main job was more qualified leads: traffic to the site and bookings via the Call button on Instagram and Facebook.
Every touch in the funnel was designed in detail, and the result: more viral reach, calls via the profile button, 17% conversion to appointments.
12% more offline demand and 33,000 followers in a year.
The main goal was to strengthen BANDI with beauty salons, nail artists and their clients, and to grow awareness and demand. The brand had no official distributor in the region, so the communication strategy had to be built from scratch. We worked both B2B and B2C.
We leaned into the Korean origin: bright color, juicy fruit, East Asian models in image shoots. The tone of voice is upbeat — a brand that arrives like a celebration, a burst of good mood.
For a New Year special we built an Instagram advent calendar: quizzes, polls, account activity and UGC unlocked prizes from the brand and partner salons. That let us raise ER from 1.5% to 4.2% per month and, over time, lift visits to partner salons for BANDI treatments by 12%.
Activations and paid social helped attract 33,000 followers, growing the brand audience.

Entering new lingerie e-commerce markets at 1.6% conversion.
The job was to launch ads from zero on a new site (the brand had moved platforms), made harder by expanding from the local Polish market to Europe-wide.
We used Facebook and Instagram with the goal of on-site purchases.
After a product market analysis, assortment and competitor ad activity we ran several tests and then split audiences by country, with separate creatives by product line for age, geo and interest segments.
We promoted the full range in Poland and the UK; in Germany and France we focused on sports lingerie and apparel, matching local design and function expectations. In Italy and Lithuania we kept promotion only for a younger audience that likes easy everyday style and comfort.
In the test window alone we got 160+ purchases and 1.6% conversion.
Conference leads with 30% budget saved.
The job was a campaign to collect registrations for Microsoft Build. It was tight (3 weeks) and we had to reach audiences with different user behavior and cultural codes across regions: EU, US and India.
We used Facebook and Instagram for event registrations. Each region got its own visual concept.
In budget optimization we paid special attention to India, where we found inexpensive qualified traffic. That cut the cost per registration a lot.
We hit the planned numbers while saving 30% of budget. Conversion was 1.8%, ROAS 53%.
Tractor test-drive leads at 2.4% conversion.
The job was a campaign for test-drive requests on a farm-equipment maker’s site. We needed to reach a narrow audience in agriculture, using a mix of ad formats.
We launched the main campaign on Facebook; after a strong first flight we added Google Ads search, banners and video in the networks. We used YouTube video to re-engage people already interested.
The core was farmers and ag engineers 25–55, plus people interested in tractors and farm machinery. We also used lookalikes of the brand community.
Result: conversion 2.4%, more than 400 leads who came to the test drive.
Audience splits and mixed formats delivered strong performance in a niche with narrow demand.
18M viral reach, 1,700 email sign-ups and 219 purchases — asking “What does it mean to be yourself, and how do you live a real life?”
We launched a special where the center was not the brand but the people: athletes, models, decorators, circus artists and others with unusual jobs.
We took a classic magazine interview and moved it to Instagram. It dropped weekly at the same time, like an anthology series. Each hero had an episode: the path, “why I live this”, what being yourself means to them.
We did not punch up answers or add jokes if they felt dull to an editor. We needed real people. Some shoots were studio with a pro photographer, some on a phone with our SMM to keep a “real life” feel. Brand clothing held the look together.
Interviews ran on the heroes’ socials with a shop CTA, and on the brand’s socials with no CTA. To kick Instagram recommendations we boosted posts for engagement in short sprints. Total spend: €600. No influencer fees — we looked for people who actually liked the idea.
We got 18 million viral reach, 60,000 clicks to the webshop, 1,700 new email subscribers, 219 purchases.
4.5% conversion to commercial real-estate sales via Telegram influence marketing.
The job: a stream of qualified leads for two Atmosphere products — Industrial Light office-production units, and offices in a classic business center at foundation stage.
The campaign targeted Russian-speaking investors from the post-Soviet space, for whom Telegram is the main place they follow market news and deals.
We used influence distribution through investor and market-analyst channels, where trust in a personal voice raises response. Content was expert, open and trust-based, to spark interest in Atmosphere.
We split communication into two flights: Industrial Light as a low entry ticket and potential yield; pit-stage offices as capital growth. Both had promo-code terms and installment.
We got 120 leads, 5 of which closed. Purchase conversion 4.5%. Attribution used UTM tags and a unique promo code per channel.

A medical clinic network asked us to implement end-to-end analytics to optimize campaigns, manage ad budget better and lift conversion from call-center contact to visit.
First we pulled data from 5 ad systems and Google Analytics into one database. Scripts auto-exported via API and saved to the DB, cutting manual collection and errors.
To join sources we set a UTM standard so links were tagged the same way. That let us merge everything into one table, split by city, clinic, device and keyword.
We installed call tracking down to the ad channel. Auto-tags classified calls by treatment area, lead quality and how requests were handled. Call tracking also surfaced operator errors, which raised conversion from inquiry to visit by 18%.
Aggregated tables from all systems were connected to Tableau. We built reports on campaign performance across five cities and clinics, in a format that was easy to read. Accurate data let us move budget to stronger channels and raise ad ROI.
Reporting automation saved the client 12 hours a week that used to go into manual data prep. More time went to analysis and decisions that grow the business.
